What we store

RolePilot HQ stores only the information you enter — company names, job titles, application notes, follow-up dates, and status updates. No data is inferred or sourced externally.

Who can see your data

Only you. Application records are private by default. Nothing is shared with employers, recruiters, or third-party services.

Demo workspace

The demo dashboard uses entirely fictional sample data. No real personal information is stored in the demo environment.

Editing and deletion

Every record is editable and removable at any time. Deleting an application permanently removes it from storage.

Data export

You can export all your application data in a standard format from the Settings page at any time.
